5. International transfer of personal data
As a rule, your personal data is not transferred to third countries outside the European Union. In the case of using digital tools such as Cal.com, it is ensured that the transfer is carried out with the application of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) adopted by the European Commission, thereby guaranteeing a level of data protection in line with EU standards.
6. Period of personal data storage
Data is kept as long as necessary to achieve the purpose of processing:
Contact details (e-mail, phone): Kept until the termination of the contractual relationship, i.e., until the expiry of a period of 1 year after the termination of the contract or until the withdrawal of consent.
Data collected based on consent: Processed until the withdrawal of consent, after which the confirmation of withdrawal is kept for 5 years for archive purposes.
7. Disposal of consents and rights of data subjects
Consent can be withdrawn at any time by sending a notification to the e-mail address info@erga.hr. In accordance with the General Regulation, the data subject exercises the following rights:
Right of access and rectification: Obtaining confirmation of processing and rectification of inaccurate personal data.
Right to erasure ("Right to be forgotten"): Erasure of personal data that is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, unless there is a legal obligation of archiving.
