4. Use of the Cal.com system
For the purpose of automating appointments and contacts, we use Cal.com software (provider Cal.com, Inc.).
Cal.com acts as a data processor that stores data on secure servers.
By using the form on our site, your data is transferred to this system to enable calendar synchronization and communication. All data is protected by modern encryption standards.

Personal data is collected exclusively for the purpose of enabling fast and efficient communication and organizing meeting appointments.
Processing purposes include:
Taking actions at the request of the data subject: Processing inquiries received via the contact form and the Cal.com system for the purpose of technical consulting, scheduling meetings, and providing information about our services.
Organization of meetings: Automation of the appointment reservation process and sending confirmations and meeting links to your e-mail address.
Legitimate interest of the controller: Ensuring the information security of the website and preventing abuse of the appointment scheduling system.
3. Categories of personal data and legal basis for processing
In this phase of interaction, a minimum set of data is processed:
Basic contact data: Name, surname, and e-mail address.
This data is necessary for processing your request and identifying the meeting appointment. The legal basis for processing is taking actions at the request of the data subject prior to a possible conclusion of a contract (Art. 6, Para. 1, Point b of the General Regulation).

This data is entered voluntarily into the Cal.com system so that our experts can adequately prepare relevant information for the scheduled appointment.
Contact data based on consent: If you provide us with a telephone number, it will be used exclusively for contact related to the scheduled appointment or a faster response to your inquiry. Consent for the use of this data can be withdrawn at any time.
4. Recipients of personal data
Your personal data may be transferred to the following categories of recipients:
External processors (accounting services, IT support providers, courier services).
Digital service providers, such as the company Cal.com, Inc., which processes data about appointments exclusively according to the written instructions of the data controller.
State bodies (Tax Administration, Financial Agency - FINA) in cases where there is a legal obligation of transfer.
Lawyers and courts for the purpose of protecting the legitimate interests of ERGA d.o.o.
5. International transfer of personal data
Your personal data is generally not transferred to third countries outside the European Union. In the case of using digital tools such as Cal.com, it is ensured that the transfer is carried out with the application of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) adopted by the European Commission, which guarantees a level of data protection in accordance with EU standards.
6. Retention period of personal data
Data is kept as long as necessary to achieve the purpose of processing:
Contact data (e-mail, telephone): Kept until the termination of the contractual relationship, or for a period of 1 year after the termination of the contract or until the withdrawal of consent.
Data collected based on consent: Processed until the withdrawal of consent, after which the confirmation of withdrawal is kept for 5 years for archiving purposes.
7. Management of consents and rights of the data subject
Consent can be withdrawn at any time by sending a notification to the e-mail address info@erga.hr.
According to the General Regulation, the data subject exercises the following rights:
Right to access and rectification: Obtaining confirmation of processing and rectification of inaccurate personal data.
Right to erasure ("Right to be forgotten"): Erasure of personal data that is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, except if there is a legal obligation of archiving.
Right to restriction of processing: Applied in cases where the accuracy of the data is contested or the processing is unlawful. Right to data portability: Receiving personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format for transfer to another controller.
Right to object: Objection to processing based on legitimate interest or carried out for direct marketing purposes.
